Recipe Pasta salad and spinach

This colorful dish can be served as an appetizer or a full meal.

What you need

9 oz linguine
Pesto Sauce 7 oz
5 cups fresh spinach leaves, shredded
Fresh tomatoes 1 cup, chopped
1 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
How to do it?

Cook the linguine according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

Combine the pasta, spinach, tomatoes, onions and pine nuts in a bowl.

Mix the pesto sauce, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl. Add the dressing to the pulp mixture. Stir to coat well. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
