Soup and Salad of Wine and Onion Bisque & Spring Mix Salad with Worcestershire-Parsley Dressing

Soup and salad is a common lunch menu was. Try something new serve soup and salad for lunch or brunch winter. Here are a combination of biscuit and salad to make a good choice for a winter soup and salad.

Wine and Onion Soup

Vegetables five Cups Stock

2 glasses of dry white wine

1 tablespoon dill

1 teaspoon dried savory

2 carrots, peeled and chopped

4 cups chopped onion and repealed

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

In a large pot add all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for two hours.

Drain the vegetables and place in a food processor or blender. Mix the vegetables until pureed. Return the soup to the pot. Add pureed vegetables back into the broth and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.

Salad Spring Mix with Worcestershire-Parsley Dressing

¼ cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons white vinegar

1 green onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon hot sauce

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients in a blender or whisk vigorously for two minutes. When well mixed refrigerate for 1 hour.

Choose a spring mix salad, fresh vegetables or offers to your liking. I like a mix of single spring.
