Watermelon Salad

Watermelon salad is a summer salad intriguing, cool and refreshing. It is a very light salad filling and goes very well with grilled fish meat or vegetables. Watermelon is definitely a fun meal to enjoy during the summer. Bright red triangular wedges filled with sweet juices are not only pleasing to the eye, but full of healthy nutrients. Many of us think that watermelon as a great snack, but once you get to know about the nutritional value will give you a star point in its menu.
 Now count the healthy facts, watermelons are excellent source of vitamin A, which helps maintain eye health, vitamin C strengthens your immunity, prevent cell damage and vitamin B6, which helps convert protein energy and helps to brain function. In this salad also use roasted pumpkin seeds that are rich in calories, but on the positive side of pumpkin seeds are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which helps reduce bad cholesterol.
 Research shows that Mediterranean diets rich in MUFA prevents diseases of the coronary arteries. Besides pumpkin seeds are also full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and various healths promote antioxidant. Pumpkin seeds are a good source of vitamins like vitamin B complex and folic acid and B-6.

ingredients:
Ginning watermelon cubes or collect balls
A small onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup simple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger juice
¼ teaspoon white pepper
Black Salt to taste
Crumbled feta cheese ¼ cup
Pumpkin seeds (roasted) 1 tablespoon
Walnut 8-10 chopped
Fresh mint leaves 1 tablespoon chopped

procedure
Cut watermelon into triangles, then with a small spoon fruit selection spoon to remove seeds. Take in a bowl. Now in a bowl combine the simple syrup, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger juice, white pepper, black salt. Mix well. Now mix half the vinaigrette with watermelon and onion.
 Place in a serving bowl sprinkle crumbled feta now, roasted pumpkin seeds, walnuts and mint leaves and drizzle remaining dressing. Keep healthy or to serve as a lunch with fish or grilled meat sandwiches. I am sure you will love it.
